Another idea starting to take shape — Updal Green Energy

We are happy to introduce Updal Green Energy, a new initiative within the Updal family focused on smart energy and EV charging infrastructure across Scandinavia.

The idea is to explore how we can combine energy, connected technology and practical engineering to create good solutions for housing associations and businesses.

Our ambition is to work with the complete journey — from understanding the needs of a site and planning the right solution, through installation, to connected operation, monitoring and follow-up.

But we are still at the beginning.

Several parts of the offering are currently being explored and evaluated. We do not have all the answers yet, and that is also part of the reason for starting this journey. We want to learn, understand the market and develop the offering together with customers and partners.

We believe the transition towards electric mobility will require more than simply installing chargers. Energy availability, smart control, connectivity and long-term operation all need to work together.

This is where we believe our engineering and IoT background can bring something useful.
