Lead our Green Energy initiative.
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead our Green Energy initiative and help us build a strong and sustainable energy business. You will mainly work with Green Energy, but you may also lead and support projects across other Updal companies.
You will drive programs and projects from idea to execution, working closely with our teams, partners, suppliers and customers. A strong business sense is very important in this role. You should understand not only how to deliver a project, but also why we are doing it, how it creates value and how we can build a successful business around it.
Key responsibilities.

Lead and coordinate our Green Energy programs and projects.

Lead and support projects across other Updal companies when needed.

Take projects from idea and business case to execution and launch.

Build clear plans, priorities and timelines.

Work closely with technology partners, suppliers and customers.

Coordinate product launches and market activities.
- 07
Support the development of new partnerships and business opportunities.

Follow up progress, budget, risks and key milestones.

Coordinate across sales, technology, operations, logistics and service.

Identify problems early and make sure they are solved.

Help build processes and ways of working as the businesses grow.

Always keep the business value and commercial opportunity in focus.
What we're looking for.

Experience in program or project management.
- 02
Strong business sense and commercial understanding.
- 03
Experience from energy, EV charging, electrical products, automotive or technology is a strong advantage.

Able to understand both the business and technical side of a project.
- 05
Comfortable working with international partners and suppliers.
- 06
Strong communication and coordination skills.
- 07
Structured, responsible and able to move things forward.

Hands-on and comfortable taking ownership.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.

Fluent in English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.
